Private & Group Tuitions

Leaders HUB provides both personal one-on-one tuitions and group coaching as well. Our groups go to a maximum of 5 students in a batch. We believe both have its advantages. The former is useful for those students who have difficulty with a specific subject and need slow learning pathway and more focus on understanding concepts. The group has the advantage of community learning, where the child learns as the other children learn. In every setting, we make it imperative that every member of the group has understood the concepts. We specialize in one-to-one tuitions. These are focused on children who need that extra attention to make it through the year. The private tutors deliver high quality education online. One to one is more expensive than the group coaching.

Special Teaching Services – Catching up after COVID

We at Leaders HUB are also at the service of those parents who have children who have suffered severe setback by COVID years where the education was severely compromised and your child lost the prime time of learning fundamental concepts and are academically compromised and challenged. We would love to take on the challenge and bring those children up to speed so that they can enjoy a normal educational journey for the rest of their learning lives. During COVID most schools moved to online teaching and most teachers were not equipped or trained to conduct online classes and children were not used to being taught online. This created a huge gap in the conceptual understanding of the curriculum and most children who were in the formative years like preschool and grade 1 have been severely affected and are now struggling to grasp the curriculum at higher grades. Also, there are children who had health situations because of which they lost out on those key years. These children need special attention. We are specialized at getting such children fast tracked to cover up their bases and catch up with their classes and move on confidently.

Open School @ Leaders HUB

Learners HUB is also a school for those who parents who would like to opt for an alternative schooling for their children. We provide open schooling options where the student can privately write the exam and we can provide the teaching part in collaboration with parents. This would be an excellent option for those who are homeschooling parents. We believe that the parents should play a key role in the education of their children but we know that all parents may not have the skill sets to teach their children all the subject, and that is where Leaders HUB can help. We will provide all the support for those parents who would like to try this alternative path. Regular schooling has classes that are packed with students and there is little scope for teachers to provide adequate attention for the children. Also, the spirit of unhealthy competition that is fostered in the schools of today and the pressure that is on the children to perform is unfortunate and harmful to the spirit of a child. It is our strong belief that a child needs to compete only with his / her own past performance. All students have not started at the same starting point and therefore it would be unjust to give a common finishing line. The entire world is in a rat race and we are teaching our children to enter and survive in that rat race in our schools. Instead of focusing on helping children excel at understanding concepts in a manner that matches with their intelligence types, we push and stuff logical learning down their throats, and appreciate only those who make it through. Our education systems only evaluate the mathematical and logical intelligence / capacity of the child, whereas it has been cleared proved that the child may be good in more than one of the other intelligences, for example visual-spatial, linguistic-verbal, body-kinesthetic, musical, interpersonal, intrapersonal, and naturalistic.
